POLITIK KEKUASAAN PENGHULU DI RIAU: KASUS DOSAN, SIAK1

Abstract


Since the enactment of the decentralization policy in 1999, the Regional Government and local communities were given the room to change the naming of the village into the village. Implementation of this policy in Siak done by applying Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2015. The main implementer of these policies at the village level is the prince. This study aims to find the political attitude of the prince of the power and its implications for social conflict management strategy in the watershed Siak. The method used qualitative methods. Interactive methods which include data collection, data display, data verification, and withdrawal kesimpulan.Hasil the study found that there is a lot of interest identified villages that decision kepengambilan access, agricultural inputs, output markets, the prince socialization experiences since childhood and that in the end that characterizes why Dosan village headman tolerans being conservative and compromise in managing conflict Siak river basin.
