ANALISIS KETENAGAKERJAAN PADA WILAYAH PEDESAAN DI KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of employment inrural areas of Kampar regency. Results of this study indicate that the Labor ForceParticipation Rate (LFPR) in rural areas of Kampar Regency in 2010 amounted to63.42 per cent with their male counterparts (44.66 percent) is higher than the 18.76percent female. Employment opportunities in rural areas by 88.03 percent with theemployment rate of men is higher (66.83 per cent) than women is 21.20 per cent.Business field that absorbs labor in rural areas in of Kampar Regency, as many as 109179 people plantation consists of men and women as many as 90,579 people 18,600people. Other economic activities are trade and social services, each as much as 20 605men and 15 235 people. In general, the main employment status is self-employed.Pengguran levels in rural areas in of Kampar Regency in 2010 amounted to 11.97percent with male unemployment rate (3.60 percent) lower than the 8.37 per centwomen. The majority (44.99 percent) of labor in rural areas in of Kampar Regency withan elementary education degree equivalent to the bottom. Junior equal as much as25.31 per cent and 22.22 per cent of high school or equivalent, and college / universityas much as 7.48 percent.
